Delivery
All our aroma discovery sets are made by hand and held in stock in our workshop in Cassis.
We selected Colissimo (La Poste) as a carrier. Each parcel’s tracking number is emailed to you when the order is shipped, to allow you to track your parcel.
Please note that for shipments outside the European Union, we will not be held liable for any delays due to customs clearance.

Returns
If your order turns out not to be as you expected when you receive it, you can return it to us at your own expense within 2 weeks. In your online customer area, you will find the return coupon to include in your package.
Please return the item in its original wrapping and packaging with no modifications.
